Michael Jackson's Parents: He Had No Will
Michael Jackson did not have a valid will at the time of his death, according to court papers filed Monday by his parents, Joe and Katherine Jackson.
Michael's parents filed a petition of probate in Los Angeles Superior Court asking that mom Katherine, who was granted temporary custody of the King of Pop's kids, be named as administrator of her son's estate. The papers indicate that Michael was "intestate" at the time of his death, meaning he had no valid will.
However, there are reports that a will could be filed by one of Michael's attorneys at a later date.

Debbie should get the kids. A man can lie and get a woman to sign papers that she knows nothing about. Then the man tells everyone the mother wanted nothing to do with the kids. We know nothing about what was said and done. Debbie lives in the country with horses. The kids would love that. Maybe grandma could live with them too. DUMP dumb JOE. He is a cruel man. Kids deserve to be with their mother.

TO the parents that's all you ever wanted was his money. that's why you let his father treat him that way. so you two will say anything. I hope that the father don't get anything, but a pair of his underwear that he was in the bed with, when he was with that little boy.
