Celebrity party planner David Tutera plays fairy godmother to ordinary couples, helping them transform their wedding plans from tacky to fabulous in this reality makeover show. Not that there aren't bumps along the way: In most cases, Tutera comes in and throws out everything they've already settled on - from centerpieces to bridal gowns - ruffling feathers along the way. But then he gives them something even better: dream-come-true decorations, dance lessons, gorgeous gowns. The format is repetitious but the results are usually worth waiting for.
